Greetings!

Thank you again for expressing interest in career opportunities with us and we welcome you to an important step in your application. We are so happy you signed on… and for the time you invest in helping us get to know you.

We would like to invite you to complete an online assessment to help us learn more about you and your talents. Questions here ask what you think about work, and what you prefer in a job. Some even ask you to solve problems.

On average, it takes about 40 minutes to complete the questions. Messages like this will pop up a few times as you proceed.

Carefully read the following instructions and make sure that you understand them before starting the assessment:

- You must answer every question in order to complete the assessment.

- Once complete, a Submit button will become active to submit your answers.

- Complete the assessment without assistance.  Your answers may be verified at a later time.

- Use the buttons provided within the assessment (not browser buttons) to navigate.
